Microsoft Teams optimization features depend on Horizon Client version and Horizon Agent version. Features, like ThinPrint, were removed from Horizon Client 2006 and newer, so don’t use the 2xxx (8.x) clients with Horizon 7.13 and older. Horizon 8.x no longer supports Horizon Client 5.x and older. Horizon Client 2303 is the latest release.
